How do I send the ashes or hair?

After purchase, we send a secure collection kit with step-by-step instructions and a prepaid return envelope. We only need a very small amount, and any unused memorabilia is returned with your jewellery.

How long does a bespoke piece take?

Please allow 1-2 weeks from the moment we receive your kit. We will keep you updated at key milestones throughout the process.

Are the materials ethical and durable?

Yes. We source premium, ethical materials and use jewellery-grade resin. To preserve the finish, avoid harsh chemicals and remove jewellery before swimming or bathing.

Can I personalise the design?

All pieces are bespoke. Choose your preferred jewelerry from our product inventory, pick any colour resin you want for example from specific shade of blue to any colour you can imagine, finish at checkout, and we will craft your piece to order.
