Bespoke Orders

Every piece is handcrafted to order using the memorabilia you provide. Because of the deeply personal nature of our products, all sales are final and we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun.

Memorabilia & Materials

We handle all ashes, hair, and keepsakes with the utmost care and respect. Any unused memorabilia will be returned alongside your finished piece. Eleven Eleven Studio & Co is not responsible for materials lost or damaged in transit to us; we recommend using a tracked postal service when sending your collection kit.

Turnaround & Delivery

Please allow 1–2 weeks from the date we receive your memorabilia. Turnaround times are estimates and may vary during busy periods. We will keep you informed of progress at key milestones.

All designs, photography, and content on this website are the property of Eleven Eleven Studio & Co and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eleven Eleven Studio & Co shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
