Shipping Policy

Collection Kit

After your order is placed we will send a secure collection kit containing step-by-step instructions and a prepaid return envelope. Please follow the enclosed guidance to send your memorabilia back to us safely.

Dispatch & Delivery

Finished pieces are dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked within 1 business day of completion. Estimated delivery is 1–3 working days within the UK. International orders may take longer depending on the destination.

Liability in Transit

Once your order has been handed to the postal carrier, Eleven Eleven Studio & Co is not liable for any delays, loss, theft, or damage that occurs during transit. We strongly recommend selecting a delivery address where someone is available to receive the parcel.

Missing or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist you in raising a claim with the carrier, however we cannot guarantee a replacement or refund for items lost or damaged in transit.
